the location was absolutely perfect, with a subway station located just a short walk away, which made getting around the city so easy. the room was spacious and beautifully clean, with a great view of a nearby park. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby was stocked with free drinks and snacks throughout the day.
The pillows were a little uncomfortable and not to my liking.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes away from major train stations and popular shopping areas. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, offering free drinks in the lobby and even free cup noodles on New Year's Eve. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with some even having a spacious balcony offering great views of the surrounding area. Plus, the sauna in our suite room was an unexpected perk!
For one, we found the pillows to be too firm for our liking.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The location was perfect as it was near everything else we needed like shopping centers, train stations, and restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful sauna in our suite room. We also loved the spacious balcony with a stunning park view. The cleanliness of both the rooms and public areas were remarkable. In addition, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with free coffee and sake in the lobby 24/7.

Wonderful location, close to Tenjin and with a nice view overlooking a river and park. Clean and comfortable facility. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooftop terrace was a great addition.

The hotel is relatively new and clean. Its location is ideal as it is just a few minutes away from major train stations and nearby shopping centers. Our room had a fantastic view of the nearby park. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded our room at no extra cost.
The pillows in the room were too firm, which made sleeping a tad bit uncomfortable. The toilet in the room was also cramped compared to others in the city.
